Foster Future American Leaders

Youth4AM’s mission centers around nurturing future Chinese American leaders. Leadership entails more than just academic excellence; it involves cultivating essential soft skills like teamwork and leadership while preparing for promising careers ahead.

We firmly believe that effective leaders should actively encourage engagement in community service, upholding integrity and contributing positively to our community for generations to come.

As Chinese Americans, we aim to embrace our dual identity as members of both the American and Chinese communities. It is our responsibility to actively participate in American democracy, voice our opinions, and fulfill civic duties, including voting. Our pride lies in promoting esteemed Chinese values such as diligence, progress, and familial harmony.
